Application hosting and maintenance

An application in production needs regular care: updates, backups, monitoring, fixes. IFenua deploys, hosts and runs your servers and applications, with particular attention to security, availability and maintainability. We work on the applications we build as well as on servers already in place.

    Metrics, logs, availability monitoring and technical alerts.

  • Backup and restore

    Backup policies, their automation and the checking of recovery procedures.

  • Automation and CI/CD

    Industrialised delivery and deployment of your applications, with our self-hosted GitLab.

  • Managed services

    Preventive and corrective maintenance, within a scope and service levels set in the contract.

Depending on your situation, we step in once, for an audit, an installation, a migration or a go-live, or over time, for administration, monitoring and maintenance.

How we work

  1. Understand

    We take stock of your servers and applications, their risks and what needs to be taken care of. This can start with a one-off audit.

  2. Design and build

    We design an infrastructure in proportion to your needs: configuration, containers, backups and monitoring, documented so that it stays maintainable.

  3. Go live

    Installation, migration or go-live, then we take over the day-to-day running.

  4. Support and improve

    Updates, monitoring and fixes over time.

Security and data

Hosting an application also means protecting the data it holds. We reserve access for the people who need it, reduce the servers’ attack surface and apply updates. Backups and restore procedures, so that you can start again after an incident, are planned with you from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take over servers or an application already in place?

Yes. We can start with an audit or a one-off intervention, then take on a migration or the day-to-day running.

Can I reach you at any time?

Round-the-clock on-call support is not included by default. Intervention hours and response times are set in each contract.

What does a managed services contract include?

The exact scope, each party’s responsibilities, the intervention hours, backups, reversibility and exclusions are set out in each proposal, according to your infrastructure and your needs.

Where is my data hosted?

Our servers are at OVH, in Canada and the United States; your data can also stay on your own infrastructure. Before we start, we tell you where it is hosted and who can access it.

Can I get my data back if the contract ends?

Reversibility is defined with you from the start: how your data is handed back to you at the end of the contract.
