A website exchanges data with its visitors: every page is served over HTTPS, and forms are protected against automated submissions. We only collect the information a request needs, and we know where it is stored, how long it is kept and who can access it. We comply with the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), which applies in French Polynesia, and with the GDPR when your visitors are in Europe.

How much does a website cost?
Each website is quoted individually, after studying your needs. A showcase site and an online shop do not take the same work, so we do not publish a standard price.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. Redesigning existing websites is part of what we do: we start from what is in place to improve the design, the speed, the accessibility and the maintenance.
Is maintenance mandatory?
The follow-up after launch is agreed with you in the quote: fixes, updates, new pages. The level of support is chosen case by case.
Who owns the website and the domain name?
Ownership of the website, the domain name and the content, and how to get them back, are set out in our proposal, before the project starts.
Will my website rank well?
We apply good practices of technical search optimisation: fast, accessible, well-structured pages. Your position in the results also depends on your content and on the competition, so we do not promise a ranking.
